5magicmoney.com will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days all sales are final. All requests for refunds must be substantiated with evidence that the product provided was defective and/or the customer was unable to use it effectively. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the state of owner's country. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
